Squad Harbinger

The camera hangs high above the city of Mort, taking in the grey buildings and wet streets. Then it shoots over the city, avoiding collision with a Kilcopter before it dips down into the traffic. It passes cars, pedestrians, gangmembers and a firetruck that rips through a taxi. It then shoots up over a speeding keshang and travels farther up along a wall. A unit of Shivers atop the wall are passed and the camera launches itself into a cannibal Sector and quickly locates a group of figures that seem to be fighting each other..

Between the rubble and trash stands a Stormer. He is an imposing sight in his PP9, which sports the word "Harbinger" on the chest. Various stickers with names of weapon manufacturers are scattered across his armour. A BLA464 hangs from his left hip and a FEN603 from his other. He laughs as he beheads a Carrien with his GASH chainaxe and keeps on laughing as he drives the axe's backspike through the chest of a second Carrien.

"Iceman"

Not far from the Stormer stands a second figure. This one is smaller in his PP747 which also sports the name Harbinger and various stickers and buttons. A Fen603 hangs from his hip, while a FEN AR is slung across his back. He uses some kind of plant-like rifle, which shoots a hail of green seeds through a Carrien's chest at close range. He makes an obscene gesture at another Carrien with his Gash fist endowed right hand. The camera pans to show a third Carrien, struggling with a bola, which is tied around its legs.

"Johnny Lava"

A little back from the first two, who seem to form the centre of the battle, stands an Ebon. His yellow hair sprouts from his enclosed head like strands of bright flame. Several bulges on his Deathsuit indicate where various Dark Lament items are attached to his body. He holds his GA67 in his left hand and has a wicked looking glove on his right hand. From the underside of the glove shoots a sharp spike, which hits a Carrien in his chest. The Carrien looks stupidly at it, and then the spike bursts, splattering enzymes and acids on the creature, biting its face and chest away.

"Soulbringer"

A Carrien moves from behind some rubble closer to the Ebon, but then his head suddenly develops a small hole, and he topples forward. The camera turns sharply and hurtles toward a figure sitting on a large rock. He thumbs a new round in his GA sniper rifle and takes aim again. The Wraith raiders Blocker body armour sports a large number of scorch marks and holds GA pistols and an assault rifle. He pulls the trigger and a happy yes can be heard as another Carrien, seen from some distance through a crosshair view, bites the dust.

"Waylander"

The camera slides down the rock where the Wraith sits and shows an APC, that has Harbinger spray-painted on its side in large letters. In front of it stands a girl. Dreadlocks fly from her helmet and several hand injectors can be seen attached to magholds. Although a Power Claymore is slung over her back, she seems to be happy just observing the situation from here, picking of stragglers with her FEN603.

"Flur"

A quick succession of images follows, the Stormer sitting in a room, learning to read from a VR program called ABC-ASAP. The human sits in front of his television, drinking and zapping. The Ebon looks at commercials of new Dark Lament equipment, looking greedy. The Wraith sits cleaning a Carrien skull as a trophy. And the Frother lies half under the APC, tools and the like scattered about her. Then they are all standing in a small office, where a friendly looking man of about thirty years old is talking to them. The door closes and on the outside it says:

"Ray Gillan, Financier"
