Background:

It has been three days now since Smooth saw Voice for the last time. Although there is no clue that he might be in danger, he is not the type to vanish without saying a word. And he had a very important meeting with a delegate from 'Ill - Logic' for a sponsorship of one of his client-Op's.

The subject is called Voice, Ebon. SCL 7a.2. He's an operative who was trained in the business and media packages. Voice started his career on the streets with The Merry Murdering Maniacs (MMM). His first and only squad he worked with.
Voice quickly started to prove his skills as a media corporate as he did all the paperwork and media coverage for the MMM squad. He managed to pull a nice deal after a short period of street work and the path to fame was opened up to him.
He already did some impressive camera work in the early days and still does from time to time while joining the MMM's. You might know his work from the 'Carrien wildlife' series on SLA's 'Mort Global Geographic' channel.
Besides this (which is more of a hobby to him) Voice does administrative work for several squads and a few starting Contract-killers like 'The peacemaker', 'Grunt', 'master DOA' and others.

Voice knows many people and has a lot of contacts all over Mort city. One of them is a colleague and 'friend' called 'Smooth Talker' a human financer SCL 6.9 who is specialised in more 'exotic' (and lethal) BPN's on the market.

Smooth started to get worried when Voice hadn't followed up his appointments and didn't call to inform his associates with some kind offf excuse for him not showing up.

When the Ops start their BPN they get an address of Voice's apartment and the phone number of Smooth Talker, who is referred to by the dept. as the one who 'filed in the complaint'.

It is possible that one of the PC's remarks that the last week there have been news reports on Ebons and Brainwasters disappearing. About 6 people vanished. If there's an Ebon or Brainwaster in the Squad they'll probably know as well. Especially cause the disappearances have been all over Mort City, making every EB-BW a bit nervous. (It is up to the GM to decide whether these disappearances are related to this specific case or not)

The PC's have several options to start the investigation: They can check out Voices apartment, go and talk with Smooth, check out Voice's social group and pay a visit to some people, check hospitals' emergency sections for recent arrivals and shiver outposts for any incoming reports, …

Voice's apartment:

The apartment is a rather nice and clean crib. Voice has earned his credits to afford a nice place in uptown and it shows. It exists of a larger living quarter, which is divided in two pieces. One part exists of the TV salon and relax corner, the other part is a dining room with a large table in the middle of it. Attached to this dining room is an open kitchen. A small corridor leads to Voices bedroom while you pass the bathroom door. Voice has got a good taste of style and this is noticeable by the fancy furniture and devices he has. (If you want a map of the apartment let me know and I'll send it through)

In the apartment the Ops may notice the following things:

1)-In a small dish on the kitchen tablet lays a key to the apartment; it doesn't look like a spare one cause the key ring also holds a key of his car and some other keys. It looks like it lies on its regular place, but who'd leave their apartment without their key?

2)-There are no signs of violence in the apartment but there are traces of Flux that was used more than 72 hours ago. The nature of the Ebb power is reality folding. Also noticeable but very hard to see is that one of the chairs of the dining table and the large sofa have been moved. The rest of the apartment is very tidy and everything is placed with great care and an almost mathematical precision, except for these pieces of furniture.

3)-On the kitchen tablet you also see a bowl of cereal, milk poured in, already sour. And a coffeepot full of cold coffee.

4)-In the salon between the TV guides and newspapers a note can be found. It contains notes on a certain BPN Voice had to fix for a squad. The squad is 'Scars and stripes'. The BPN is about tracking a Skin Trade truck, following it to its destination (probably a meat sell somewhere downtown) and stop any subversive activities.

5)- Between the cushions of the sofa you find a nice fancy lipstick from Vendetti. It looks new.

5)- Under the sofa there's a cufflink from an Arducci suit, embroiyded with nice gold and silver details. There's also a can of mace, probably used but not depleted.

6)- Voice's Badge, wallet, phone, laptop, suitcase and address book are also in his apartment. To be found in his bedroom.

7)-Between the pile of paper trash in the bin there's a large paper-brown envelope with no indication of a sender. On the back, in blue marker 'Voice' is written in a sharp, nervous handwriting. The post stamp dates from two weeks ago.

8)- In Voice's mailbox on his oyster there are several business mails, appointment confirmations, squad questions and complaints, a mail from shiver Station 45.1 in Sector 478 grid C45 Grey on T132 Blue, or better known as 'Haltery'. It's about a minor incident between shiver forces and one of the MMM ops called Heshi, a rather unusual psychotic Brainwaster (maybe known from his 'educational' TV show on SLA Global Geographic Channel, in which he dissects criminals and serial killers who have been captured by SLA and then voted for by the audience. The show is on every Tuesday from 16.45 till 17.00); there's also some fan mail for the MMM squad, for Voice himself and some of the CK's etc.

Besides this and a couple of mails from some woman called June, who seemingly one of Voice's more intimate friends, about a next date and other romantic stuff. Finally there's also quite some threat-mail (hey, he's a financier, they get that all the time :).There are two of them, which look suspicious though, without any traceable source, and also in a similar context. They contain very explicit and rude insults and threats, seemingly more than just bluff to the observing mind. And they all carry the same message: 'None is forgotten'.

9)-in the video recorder/player is a tape, when played it shows nothing ( because it has to be rewinded, if the player don't come up with this idea have a laugh :). The tape itself has no label. And is one of those demo cassettes with tape that holds only a couple of minutes of footage. The content of the tape is a short video clip, a rage of images, storming up at its viewer like a cannonball. The clip contains fragments of cruel violence, gore, torture scenes, gore deluxe, girls getting raped, etc. (you can add things to the list). Mixed between these horrible pictures are images of Voice on the street, in a shop, dancing with a women,, Voice when he was a kid, Voice at the academy of Meny, Voices mom and dad, and images Voice has filmed himself (if the PC's would ever find out) All this is leads to one message that slowly fades through the maelstrom of images From time to time: 'None is forgotten'

Forensic examination of the tape show fingerprints from Voice, June, SmoothTalker and Simon Harper, the postman.

As GM you can add others possible valid and fake clues in the apartment. Don't be afraid to exaggerate with the false clues ;)

A visit at Smooth's palace:.

SmoothTalker aka David Grunnar lives in a large nice apartment with his girlfriend Tina. He's got an expensive taste, seemingly his taste was the influence for Voice as well.

Smooth does not know much about the disappearance, but he can give info on Voice and his social contacts. He could also become a suspect. That should be encouraged :)
He does know about possible enemies that Voice might have, for instance there's a financier called Erik Travis. Voice used to work together with Erik, and they where friends as well. But one day, they where working together on a deal, Voice managed to get the deal by himself and took all the credits for it (hey, financier business can be hard). Erik was really angry and made several attempts to kill Voice. After a while he even got really madly obsessed about it as well.
Eventually he was taken into custody and was treated for his insanity. Now he works again as a financier, and lives uptown with his wife and son. He's got SCL 8.6D

There can be other stories like this as well, since the contract business is ruthless most of the financier have several valid made enemies through the years.

Even smooth has a whole archive of threat mail and articles and news reports of the attempt that where made to kill him (they always keep these mails because you might never know. Basic stuff you learn when you start working on the corproate market.

He can also confirm Voice has a 'girlfriend' at the moment, and probably even more than one.

If he's asked about the tape he'll think for a second and then remember seeing it at Voice's apartment about a week ago. He already forgot about it, he thought it was nothing and told Voice not to worry too much about it.

Some of Voice's contacts:

And others (be creative)

* Our friend Skylarker is an arrogant, bluffing Ebon, who always pretends to know everything and everyone. Reality is the opposite off course. He also has the bad habit of putting his nose in other peoples business.
He discovered about Voice's disappearance and started some personal investigation.
(He's an 'indie' investigator and he has the right to collect BPN's that he chooses. In return he gets a lousy pay from SLA and they don't bother him with other stuff)
He went to Voices apartment but wasn't able to lock pick the door and get in. He has however stolen anopther tape-envelope from Voice's mailbox. This tape is similar to the other one. (you can choose to put the images of the academy only on this tape, so that the pc's have to meet him and obtain this tape first)

So what happened ?

Probably the PC's figure out that the mails and video tape in Voice's apartment have something to do with his disappearance. But who is the sender, and what has this to do with Voice.

Clues:

-It is noticeable that the video contains images of Voice when he was a kid. These images where taken from video tapes from Voices parents. The tapes where stole from a storage box where Voice put all his parents' possessions when they died.

-Also the tape contains footage from the academy. When the characters ask for info on these images, if anyone has checked the archives or if any tapes where stolen they'll get a negative response. The images do not have a specification nr. Or something similar that is normally on all the security videos of the academy.
So it had to be some one who was in the academy around the same period Voice was there.

-on these same images Voice is seen several times with a young Ebon girl.
If the characters do a lot of research looking through the foto archives from people in the academy they might discover her identity. Do remind that for a human it could be hard to tell the difference between those last 5 pictures of ebon girls that look like the one on the video. The Ebon girl is Shine, a media corporate, SCL 7.6D. She has an apartment Uptown.

Who did it?:

As you might expect Voice has been kidnapped (duh). The kidnapper is called None, an Ebon. None was close friend of Voice at the academy. They where in the same class. But None was in love with Shine, Voice's girl. And the others never paid attention to him. None had always been more of a weird guy, a loner. Weaker than the others and unable to defend himself.
His jealousy towards Voice became so extreme that Shine and Voice decided to break up. Nonetheless None tried to attack Voice a couple of times. Voice was worried about his friend and contacted the SLA Academy management about this problem.
None was put in a mental health facility where everything just got worse. He became obsessed with people seeing him as a weak person, being paranoid as hell. He started to dislike people and society, especially Ebons cause it was because of being one he was so weak, and Brainwaster who used to bully him around all the time.

(If one of the PC's figures out to check the name None before they know all of this, i.e. just by reading the 'None is forgotten' message on the video or SLA-mail, give the player an extra XP point.)

In the meantime Voice and Shine, and all the others, started their life as an operative and soon everyone had forgotten about None. And this was the thing that did it for None. All his life he had been walked over, pushed around and taken for granted. He had made a vow the avenge everyone who laughed with him, abused him or forgot about him. Starting with the person who had hurt him the most, the one guy who supported him and gained his trust, only to betray him again: Voice.

After one year None was released from the institution and quickly he became active in his new perverted hobbies. He started to assault women and kill Ebon on a regular basis. Soon his working methods became more and more grotesque. It took him only ten months when he was again arrested and put away in an institution.

During these ten months he lived in a Downtown hood called Burton Heights.
There he met this red-haired Brainwaster called Blaze. Blaze was also into all kinds of sadist tricks and introduced None to the 'Business' aspect of their work. Blaze did all kinds of dirty jobs that no regular prop would be willing to do, especially if there where Ebons or Brainwasters involved, cause just like None Blaze had a dislike of his cousins.
Together None and Blaze did a lot of gore things and a lot of people went missing during those ten months. But then None got caught when he was trying to rape a young girl. SLA decided that it was impossible to cure None's disease. So they where going to make an end to his misery and the threat he posed to society.

But None escaped the facility about six months ago. He was seen the night after when he tried to enter his old apartment. Unfortunately the place was already inhabited by someone else. Maria Carter got quite upset when a mad Ebon broke into her apartment and tried to assault her. Luckily her boyfriend and his gang mates could hear her scream. They hurried up the stairs and kicked None's Ebon ass. He escaped.

He head out to other neighbourhoods where he met a new fellow 'artist'. A human named Richard Pine (see fiction bit 'Even his mum told me there was something wrong with him').
Richard was a weird guy, with fuckin' sick ideas as well, but he helped None out and allowed None to leave his victims in his house in 'Milly Farms', a suburban hood near Burton Heights. In return None helped Richard with capturing 'food for his wall'.

So None tracked down Voice, deciding it was now or never that he was going to make him pay.
He took Voice by surprise and anaesthetised him., then carried him to Richard's home and left him there for later. Richard was allowed to hurt him a bit, but not to kill him cause this was something very personal to None. (up to you if Richard will keep his promise ;)

So now Voice is now somewhere in the labyrinth like cellars that stretch out deep beneath Richards house. These cellars are filled with traps and contains many cells and containment rooms for the victims. (maybe you ever read the comic about Johnny the homicidal maniac from Jhonen Vasquez?)
None himself is somewhere downtown most of the time and hardly comes to Richard's house.
But he'll be back to deal with Voice, unless the Ops are there first.

discovering what's going on:

Visiting Shine:

Shine lives in an uptown apartment. The Ops are lucky that she's home when they pay her visit actually. She just returned from a business trip to New Paris, and isn't home a lot. Her place is a bit messy. She stills remembers Voice and their affair. She'll tell the story of 'this Ebon friend of Voice, but what was his name again ?' After a while she might remember None's name though.
If the Ops ask her if she has gotten any threat mail she'll bring out a big basket filled with envelopes and commercial publications. Between the pile of mail there's a large brown envelope just like the one at Voice's place and the one Skylarker found.
In the bag is a video tape with images from Shine, not so rude and grotesque as the one's for Voice however. This tape has a more poetic feeling to it, except for the images where you see Shine and Voice together. They are arranged in a way that they appear more dark and sarcastic. Again the clip says 'None is forgotten'.

Shine hasn't' seen Voice or None since the academy. (+/- 5 yers ago)

Going to None's old apartment:

At None's old apartment the Ops might meet Maria Carter, the girl who lives there now. She does remember the incident but doesn't know much more about None, not even his name. She will send the party to a nearby pub where her boyfriend and his gang always hang out. "Maybe they can help you ?"
The bar is called 'the Black Meat' home turf of several small Afro-human gangs.

The Black Meat:

The bar is ran by a black human female called Uma. Though she already a bit older she's still looks very nice. If the PC's ask her questions she'll point to the guys in the bar and say: "Ask them guys over here, they hang around these alleys all the time, if your guy hangs around here they've probably seen him."

The boys here are like your average downtown ganger. Rude, unmannered and not fond op Slops. The Operatives will have to buy several drinks to them before they get friendly.
They don't know much about None either. Maybe one of 'em can tell the Ops his name. Another one has seen the guy on the wanted poster around town.
None of them liked him, he seemed to be very arrogant and never made any contact.
Maria's boyfriend remembers kickin' his ass out of her apartment a few months ago.

After a few more beers one of them might mention an incident that happened a few weeks ago. In a nearby neighbourhood. A girl and her boyfriend where attacked, the boyfriend got killed, the girl raped and tortured. The perpetrator escaped.

It could be that the Ops have already got a call from the shivers if they asked None's file and anything relating to it. The girl who was victim described her attacker, who looks a lot like the squad's target.

Either way, one of the gang boys says: "ova there by the otha window, that guy knows that poor girl who's boyfriend got killed. Why don't you ask him?'

The guy is a cousin from the bloke who got killed, his response will be something like:

"Hell! If I'd know where that fucking piece of crap is hanging around I'd friggin' kill 'em myself !!!"

He does mention about disappearances in Burton Heights, around the same time that None was seen around there. When he vanished the number of disappearances dropped back to a "normal" rate.

This might motivate the Ops to check out other neighbourhoods where there have been an unusual amount of disappearances lately.
Central will point them the way to Milly Farms, the neighbourhood where Richard lives.

There have been several people gone missing there, varying from emplyees, operatives, administrators, scientists and even a shiver officer.

Milly Farms

Milly is a nice residential area where all kinds of SLA employees live and/ or sleep.
If the Ops start asking around they'll hear all kinds of rumours from the residents, ranging from DarkNight abductions, serial killers, SLA legal procedures (D-NOTICE), Carriens in the sewers, to Internal affairs (D-NOTICE), Cloak Division(D-NOTICE), SWFD mind control (D-NOTICE) etc.

There's one thing that will be heard a couple of times, from different people:

"There's this house on 514th and 312th in the Harvest quarter man, I swear, there's spooky stuff going on in there. Sometimes at night you can hear screams coming from deep in the cellar of the house, penetrating the surrounding homes through the sewer pipes. And that Shiver bloke vanished near there as well!! I'm tellin' ye, if you're looking for these missing people? Go and look there man. That guy who lives there, he's a freak, he's probably killing these poor people slowly, and eating them for breakfast or something."

Kids might tell all kinds of rumours of " There is this evil ugly witch living in that house."

This is, off course, Richard's house that is mentioned. The place itself is an ugly mess. While the other residents have attempted to cheer up the street with karma rainproof flowers and SLA posters, nr. 68 is a stink hole: dirt and garbage are piled up, spread out all over the pavement and courtyard next to the house. The place itself is in bad shape; in contrary to the other houses it hasn't been painted and coated against rain-corrosion since years. The shutter all down, rusted into their framework. No nameplate on the door or mailbox. It appears as a rotten spot in the otherwise not so ugly street. Neighbour never see anyone coming in or out of the place, and SLA hasn't done anything to get rid off the mess. Few of them are even sure if there lives anyone.

When the party is checking out the environment the trashmen pass by without collecting the garbage from Richard's place. If someone asks them why they'll say:

"Uhmm… it says here on our chart 'no collection'. These people probably didn't pay their bill or something, dunno? The dirt has been piling up for a few months now. And the inhabitants don't seem to care either. They just throw the dirt on top of the pile every week. And as long as SLA says 'don't collect' we won't."

While they're standing there it is possible that Richards comes out. Probably more towards the evening of the day. He's a skinny 'goth' looking human with spiked hair.
He'll look around agonised, put on his cap and light a cigarette. Then head out to the subway with a stop at the local night shop for a bottle of 'Sharp throat' whisky. Then he heads Downtown, looking for some food for his wall, or in other words looking for some easy victim to abduct. He also could meet None somewhere Downtown. None introduced Richard to the Business side of their hobby, just like Blaze once did.
They'll walk up to an old laundry where the door is opened by a bulky human. Inside they'll meet people who are interested in their 'services'.
If the Ops try to listen what both men are talking about None will be heard asking if Richard has kept his 'toy' untouched. Richard will confirm.

Finally the only thing left to do is enter Richard's house to go and look for Voice, and this is where the fun starts.

Richard's place:

Richard lives in a standard suburban house with a small narrow court yard next to it.
The interior is really disordered and filthy. Garbage and dirt are spread across the floor. Furniture (or what's left) is deprived and obvious blood stains can be seen on the floor, walls and ceiling. Clothes are scattered between the dirt and here and there lies a big knife, or some other torture tool, smudged with blood. In the fridge there's a human hand, already a few weeks old and smelling.

Upstairs in the bathroom lies the body of a male human (with both hands intact), obviously electrocuted. His skin still crispy and charred.

(the rest of the house is as messy as described above, feel free to add other sick stuff to the list)

The cellar of the house is like a labyrinth-like complex of small rooms, containment cells, trapped doors and corridors. Always going down further and further. With stairs and shafts. After three levels the arcihtecture doesn't seem to be similar to that of the upper levels and the house. It almost seems like a fantasised place if some one pays attention. There doesn't seem to come an end to this vast cellar complex, and the deeper you go the sicker it gets. All the quarters are used for torture, with horrible tools for it spread all around, including benches, straps, hooks, blades, spikes and so on.
Inside the complex many people have been 'installed' in one of the nice little 'artworks' from Richard. They're all desperate and already mad from being here too long. Screaming mad and/or mumbling mad man's babble. In one of the lower quarters there a wall fully painted with blood. And the blood is still wet. A victim who's tied up to the ceiling goes like:

"He always comes back down here with his bucket, he says it will escape if the blood dries up… I can feel something looking at me from behind that wall…sometimes it talks to me…he calls it 'Dear' or 'Sweety' ….aaaarrgg… dear Slayer … why won't he just kill me.!?!…. please kill me !!…. Aaarrgggh!! …"

Throughout the cellars you can also find sinkholes where the blood from Richards victims runs through.

Somewhere in this slaughter house the Ops can find Voice, if they survive all the traps and don't run into Richard or his 'Sweet Dear'.
Voice is strapped up to the ceiling in a bag, Only his eyes are free. Just to watch the below him, installed on a torture machine that exists mainly of a huge blade that swings above her head, coming closer and closer with every swing until it chops through her skull. As the Ops find him they can see the panic in his eyes. He's traumatised, unable to speak. Shivering from the cold and the horror.

About Richard and his problem:

Richard used to be nice boy, but just like None an many other psycho-crazed maniacs he was to fragile. He was a scared young lad living in the dark and horrifying hole of Downtown Mort. When he grew older he started to develop weird traits and eventually evolved into a sick minded serial killer. He used to kill out of fear of the world. Everyone he considered spooky had to be eliminated. Probably to overcome his fears. But every time he conquered one of his nightmares there'd be another one, stronger than before. His mind snapped at a rather young age and he soon found a motive to blame anyone of being dark and perverted.

His fear of darkness became so tremendous that it started to grow a will of its own.
After a while something was awoken by this fear. Something that Richard, or any one else in the WoP, could have never imagined.
An ancient Evil, not native to the WoP, came out of a long sleep of imprisonment. This evil felt that is was not longer in its prison and saw the WoP. It smiled.

The Demon used to be called Nush-Ri (Noosh-Ree) where it came from.

It was very hungry and Richard's fear only made it worse. So it made a thought link with the boy and started to whisper madness into his head. It led him to the old abandoned house in suburbia where it nested itself with its new slave.

From that moment Richard was even more brutal and sadistic, his creativity spiced by his 'Sweet'. Nush-Ri enjoys playing with Richard, especially after so many centuries of imprisonment this puppet is very precious to him.

Although Richard kills people with a brutal animalistic lust, spilling much blood , Nush-Ri doesn't really feed of this blood. It is just to corrupt the young man. Besides the suffering of Richard's victims, Nush-Ri feeds of the confusion and madness in Richards brain. Richards pain, fear, hate and other negative emotions make the demon stronger and stronger.

Nush Ri is a very powerful demon and any confrontation with it would be lethal. It has got many powers like mind control, suggestion, illusions, magic, etc. And in physical form it has supernatural strength. In the WoP he is even more powerful.

If you want to kill the PC's, or if the player are sick their character than this BPN is the ideal way to arrange that.

If you don't want 'em dead make sure they get the hell out of the house before the thing becomes nasty. Make them come out with one hit point left, bleeding from head to toe or something but make sure they do.

Nush Ri will attack intruders if he's disturbed in one of his naps. If Richard is going t get killed he will be very pissed for it is only he who will destroy his puppet (and eat its soul, which is impossible if Richards get killed by some one else).

In anyway the demon will manifest itself as a swarm of endless tentacles, fit with sharp talons and claws on the end of them. These tentacles will destroy walls and structures with ease, penetrating further to catch and rip the opponent to shreds.
The amount and length of these tentacles is almost limitless.
Besides this he can use his mind tricks to create illusions like making someone believe they are outside, or running away from the tentacles while it actually the opposite. It can create real walls and bars, chains, etc. It invokes fear in any living and/or dead soul. It can suck the life out of people, he can make people mad, giving them a mental breakdown immediately. As if the character would reach its breaking point.

Once some one has succumb to Nush -Ri's will, it might use that person as a puppet as well, but he will always prefer Richard above any others. He as a sort of affinity with his latest puppet, and he is grateful that Richard woke him up. That's why he will keep Richard soul for himself, for ever and ever, until he is destroyed. The demon has both a physical and an astral body, which have to be destroyed both to kill the demon.

A brief history :

A long, long time ago Nush Ri spread his terror throughout the lands where he roamed. Unfortunately his kind posed a great threat towards the people and many demons where hunted down and destroyed. Though no one managed to kill this demon a powerful group of wizards gathered forces with the elements of nature and banished Nush Ri to an astral prison where he was trapped for eternity.

His prison is a vacuum cell in 'astral' space which was sealed of from the rest of existence forever. It occurred however, thanks to the power of the re-occurring anomaly (of which Nush Ri is an operative of some sort) that this containment cell was linked with the WoP. The prison is not part of the WoP and is not really 'in' it, but there is some sort of link between both. Nush Ri is still trapped inside his prison but he can interact with the surroundings from the WoP. The barrier that sealed him of from reality is no longer functional, or not functional within the WoP.

Nush Ri can communicate and act within' the WoP, but he can never, ever leave his prison. This is both an advantage and a disadvantage for him. He cannot leave and only stretch forth his tentacles within' the reality that surrounds him. On the other hand he can not be touched or harmed while he is in his prison (which is valid in both material as astral frequencies).

Nush can still use most of its powers but he/she/it is very careful with magic since he has experienced the effect of powerful magic (which is also irregular, thus unknown by the universe of the WoP). Simple spells seem possible within the WoP but only the more common spells.

Because of this he will almost always use mind tricks and illusions to bring down adversaries. He is also capable of doing some reality manipulation, combined with illusion. In this way he created the unnatural labyrinth in the cellars of Richard's home. This trap complex is not really that big, and off course it was not built like this by SLA industries.
Nush Ri created a mental environment which is valid for the people of the WoP. It will seem real, smell real and do real damage. The encounters in the house will be going on inside Nush Ri's mind. This also means he can play with visitors like mice in an experimental lab, watching every move of people inside.

The way this demon can be stopped from leakin' through into the WoP is to seal of his prison again. He will still be there but he will not get out or be able to interact with his/her/its surroundings.

Although Nush-Ri is physically very strong it will prefer mental attacks, especially dream attacks and the likes, where the victim believes everything is real and eventually goes mad or gets killed (a bit Freddy Krueger style).

Bite:DMG: 20+PEN: 10+AD: 4+

Finally here is a fragment of what happened to one of my players' character called Drain, who just tried to blast in Richard's door when Richie himself came outside.
Luckily Drain diverted the blast and wrecked the neighbours' house.

After Richard left, Drain kicks in the door and storms inside:

The place is abandoned and dirty, furniture heavily mistreated. Dishes spreading all over the floor. The smell of rotting food, obviously coming from the garbage that is apparently also piled up in here. Bloodstains decorate the walls and furniture of the kitchen.

"Heeeellpp!!" a muffled voice sounding almost desperate. Probably female.

In the bathtub lies a corpse from a young man, human, fried by electrocution, already in a pretty state of decomposing.

Drain goes deeper down into the cellar to the source of the screams, while the others are checking out the ground and upper level. Though he can hear the screaming he doesn't see anyone. "Help meee!! My dear Mr. Slayer, bouhouhou… I am gonna friggin' die in here!!" Sounding from the (broke) garbage disposer.

Drain responds "Hello ? Can you hear me?"

"Oh my!!! Please help me!!! Down here!! Quickly!!! Before he gets back!!! I don't wanna die in here!! This place is making me mad! It's horrible!"

After looking around a bit he finds a hatch in one of the two storage rooms. He takes the ladder down and finds himself in a 4m square room with four doors, one in every wall.

"Hellp!! This way!!"

"Yeah, yeah!! I'm friggin' comin'. Jeez!"

Drain picks the door he thinks the screams come from. <> swift and painful a triggered spike trap hits him in his ass. "Ummphhh!!"

"Aaarrghh! Hurry please!!! "

A corridor stretches on for 10m and ends at a large iron vault-like door. Drains hurries to open it, stressed up by the screams coming from behind it.
He notices a weird pattern on the floor and … <<< SHWOOING>> A 10 inch needle shoots out of the vault door, aimed straight for the groin.

"Crapp! motherfucker!!" Drain howls.

Hello? Mister? You okay?!"

"Yeah, yeah…grrrrr… I am fine. "

Finally at the door he starts to turn the wheel that is used to open it.
With the last swirl Drain hears a metal snap, "click", "scrape",

"Wha.. the.. Noo…!! Wait..!!! Stop!! Aaarrgghhhh!!!!" <<SPLUTTER!!>>

As the door opens Drain stand before a twisted metal construction of spikes and blades, mounted onto a mechanism of hydraulic arms and coils that triggers the frame of scalpels and cutters. This construct is built around a chair on a pole, 2m above the floor. The chair is spiked and comes with straps and everything. In it sits the remnant of a humanoid body, ripped apart by the numerous spikes, blades, and cutters that closed around the chair like a hand that catches a fly. Blood drippin' down from it onto the floor.

The screams have stopped.
