An archive file from the Dept. of Enquiries concerning a Dr. Daniel Myers, who in 623 SD drugged an entire waiting room of patients, along with all his staff, before dismembering them and coating the walls of his office in their skin. When arrested he claimed he was made to perform these acts by "The Vortex", an entity that lived inside thunder storms. His surgery was located near the hub of Sector DT465.

A report from the Dept. of Environment detailing a chemical spill of industrial coolant into the water table of DT465 on 17/03/895. According to the report the impact on life and health in the Sector is expected to be "minimal."

An archive file from the Dept. of Enquiries detailing an investigation performed by squad "Mexican Standoff" in 752 SD after a Lower Downtown family in DT465 was found with a partially consumed 200 litre drum of liqiufied human remains. The family claimed to have found the drum washed up outside their apartment after a particularly violent storm. After an inconclusive 5 week search Mexican Standoff abandoned their investigation. No arrests have been made over the incident.
