This is Gill not Si. Seeing the fear in Si's eyes when the girls gather for an Ann Summers party here is an idea I have had bouncing around in my empty housewife head for sometime.

LILLEY WINTERS – Indie Company

“Come on girls do yourself a favour and earn while you play.”

Lilley Winters is a smallish Indie company run by women for women. They sell civilian issue firearms and ballistic clothing through an informal distribution network of sales representatives. The company targets and recruits women that are unlikely to be working but feel that they might like to earn some ‘easy money’ by selling products to friends and neighbours by doing parties etc. (Think Ann Summers or any number of other companies that do the same thing.) In typical SLA fashion, the company has so many loopholes and other business clauses that the woman who has gone into business for herself is likely going to have to spend her whole lifetime trying to pay off what she will end up owing. (That is unless she has a very good financial advisor or has skills that most business and finance characters would die for.)

Lilley Winters sells civilian weaponry and armour specifically designed for woman, or that certain type of women… fashion conscious but not with the income for that up town class. The weapons have minor cosmetic alterations from the CAF originals, and are sold for a slightly higher price. Lilley Winters also sell padquil vests and other PV3 armoured garments, often in complementary matching sets to go with the firearms.

“…and on a lighter note, John Wessel, shift supervisor at the Mujiko Walk manufacturing complex, received an unpleasant surprise today when he came home unexpectedly after power outages forced the factory to close early. His wife Lisa was at home hosting a Lilley Winters party in their flat with her friends. Upon hearing the door open unexpectedly the gathered girls feared a serial killer was breaking in to kill them all. The coroner retrieved 87 CAF rounds from John’s body. Next time, John, call ahead!
